Refund Policy

1. Seller of record
Payments for Maestro are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant / seller of record for your purchase. This means Dodo Payments is the seller on your statement and handles tax, invoicing, and the payment relationship. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments and are subject to both this policy and Dodo Payments's buyer terms, which govern the transaction.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within 30 days of a charge if you are not satisfied, matching Dodo Payments's standard refund window. Requests outside this window are considered at our and Dodo Payments's discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email dsh@trymaestro.in with your account email and the charge in question, and we will coordinate with Dodo Payments.
Refunds of sales tax or VAT specifically must be requested within 60 days of purchase, per Dodo Payments's buyer terms.
3. Conditions
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing charge; previously elapsed billing periods are generally non-refundable.
- We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or excessive usage of paid voice quota during the period.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Dodo Payments. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from a purchase. Note: by starting to use a digital subscription within this period, you may be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully provided, as permitted by law.
5. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the management link in your Dodo Payments receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period unless you also qualify under this policy.
