1. Service description
Maestro is a voice-first AI tutoring service operated by Kommepally Deva Sai Harsha. It conducts voice interviews to build a personalized syllabus, then delivers real-time voice tutoring with auto-generated visualizations. By using Maestro, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Maestro. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Do not share your account or use Maestro for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Tiers — Maestro may offer free and paid tiers with different usage allowances. Current tiers and prices are shown at checkout.
- Auto-renewal — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges via our payment processor.
- Usage quotas — plans include a cap on voice processing (measured in seconds/usage). When you reach your cap, voice features may be paused or limited until the next period or an upgrade.
- Payments — billing is handled by Dodo Payments as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for the transaction and handles tax and invoicing; Kommepally Deva Sai Harsha provides the Service. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments's buyer terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. AI accuracy disclaimer
Maestro uses AI language models to generate tutoring content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Content is for educational purposes only and is not professional, academic, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information independently. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Maestro software, branding, and underlying systems. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
Syllabi, visualizations, and other content generated for you during your sessions are made available for your personal, non-commercial learning use. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring such use complies with applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not resell or redistribute access without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Maestro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kommepally Deva Sai Harsha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Maestro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
